At TapNScan, quality and transparency are our top priorities. Every NFC solution, review card, and custom product is created especially for each customer. To ensure our process is smooth and fair, please carefully review our refund policy below.
No Refunds After Production

Custom-Made Products: Because all TapNScan items are personalized and production begins soon after payment, we do not offer refunds once your order enters the design or printing phase.
Limited Cancellation Window

3-Hour Grace Period: Customers may request to cancel their order for a refund within 3 hours of completing payment.

How to Cancel: Email us at admin@tapnscan.in within this 3-hour window. Please clearly include your order number and reason for cancellation so we can promptly assist you.
Partial Refund Conditions

Refund Amount: Approved cancellations within the 3-hour window are eligible for a refund of 50% of the total amount paid. This partial refund accounts for costs incurred immediately after an order is placed (design resources, materials, and production setup).

No Exceptions: After the 3-hour window, orders cannot be refunded or cancelled under any circumstances, as customization and printing will have begun.
